Experimental investigations into effect of milling parameters on milling force and burr micromorphology for Zr-based bulk metallic glass by using groove milling

Zr-based bulk metallic glass is an amorphous alloy. In order to study the burr problem in groove milling process of glass, force studied experimentally. Then effect parameters on was studied, and relationship between analyzed. further alloy, under same test parameters, single crystal alloy material (nickel base superalloy DD5) traditional polycrystalline metal (304 stainless steel) were selected for comparative analysis. The results show that has good machinability. provide some experimental basis glass.
